Care Corner was appointed by SG Cares to support the volunteer centres in Woodlands and Toa Payoh towns in August 2019, and in Tampines town in October 2022. SG Cares is a social movement dedicated to supporting the efforts of Singaporeans to build a more caring and inclusive society.
As Care Corner is supporting 3 towns, we decided on the name – Care Corner Volunteer Hub (CCVH).
By March 2022, all 24 towns in Singapore will have an operational SG Cares VC to coordinate the development and
deployment of volunteers and resources to meet community needs. This brings opportunities to donate and volunteer
close to all, be it where we live, work, or study.
