Care Corner Home Care supports frail, home-bound or bedridden seniors in their Activities of Daily Living (ADL).

Our team of trained care professionals brings specialised private nursing care and post-hospital care to our seniors’ home. This makes it convenient for them to continue receiving care and medical attention from the comfort of their homes.

Ways We Support

Home Nursing

Our nurses help administer nursing care/procedure(s) e.g. wound dressing, injections, changing feeding tubes and tube feeding. This allows seniors to have a comfortable recovery process at home.

Home Personal Care

Our trained carer assists seniors in their daily personal care tasks, which includes:

  • Activities of Daily Living (ADL): toileting, bathing, brushing teeth, feeding, washing
  • Instrumental ADL (IADL): light housekeeping, grocery shopping, medication reminders, engaging in mind-stimulating activities and companionship
Home Therapy

Our professional therapists design customised exercises that help our seniors improve their functional abilities and build physical strength.

Home Medical

We work with doctors to provide seniors medical advice, conduct health screening and simple medical procedures.

There is no age eligibility criteria for Home Care Services.

Our estimated service fees are between $35 (hourly fee for Home Personal Care) and $290 (per session fee for Home Medical) before government subsidy. This cost excludes additional items such as medical consumables.

For government subsidies, we follow the Ministry of Health’s National Means Testing guidelines.

Please speak with a medical social worker, your doctor or our social worker who can help you with referrals and the application process.

You can also visit the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) website for application details.
