Care Corner Home Care supports frail, home-bound or bedridden seniors in their Activities of Daily Living (ADL).

Ways We Support

Home Nursing

Our nurses help administer nursing care/procedure(s) e.g. wound dressing, injections, changing feeding tubes and tube feeding. This allows seniors to have a comfortable recovery process at home.

Home Personal Care

Our trained carer assists seniors in their daily personal care tasks, which includes:

  • Activities of Daily Living (ADL): toileting, bathing, brushing teeth, feeding, washing
  • Instrumental ADL (IADL): light housekeeping, grocery shopping, medication reminders, engaging in mind-stimulating activities and companionship
Home Therapy

Our professional therapists design customised exercises that help our seniors improve their functional abilities and build physical strength.

Home Medical

We work with doctors to provide seniors medical advice, conduct health screening and simple medical procedures.
