One of our key programmes is Triple P (Positive Parenting Programme) which seeks to equip you with strategies to:

For parents frequently facing difficult parenting issues and require one-on-one help or coaching

Triple P (Positive Parenting Programme) Level 3

As part of the Positive Parenting Programme, our one-on-one consultation sessions equip you with simple and practical strategies to help you confidently manage your children’s behaviours, prevent problems from escalating and build strong, healthy parent-child relationships.

  • Available to parents of children up to 16 years old
  • 4 individual sessions of 1 hour each
  • Sessions are held online

Group Workshops

For parents to learn about positive parenting skills and exchange strategies with other parents

Triple P (Positive Parenting Programme) Level 4

Triple P Level 4 Group Sessions are meant for parents with concerns about their child’s behaviour who require intensive training in positive parenting or wish to learn a variety of parenting skills to apply for multiple contexts.

  • Available to parents of primary and secondary school-going children 
  • 5 group sessions of 2 hours each, and 3 individual telephone consultations of 20 minutes each
  • Sessions are held online

Signposts for Building Better Behaviour

Signposts for Building Better Behaviour is an evidence-based parenting programme that helps families develop strategies to manage or prevent problematic behaviours in children, including children with intellectual disabilities, developmental delays or other challenges. It emphasises encouraging appropriate behaviour in children, replacing problematic behaviours with appropriate behaviours and teaching children new skills. 

  • Suitable for parents with children aged 7 to 12 years old
  • 5 small group sessions of 2 to 2.5 hours each

Seminars for Grandparents

For all grandparents who want to strengthen their bond with their grandchildren and learn how to build emotional resilience in them

Triple P (Positive Parenting Programme) Level 2 for Grandparents

The Triple P seminar series (Level 2) is available for grandparents of preschoolers and primary schoolers. Whether you are a caregiver to your grandchild or a visiting grandparent, this evidenced-based programme equips you with Triple P tools to strengthen your bond with and to build emotional resilience in your grandchild.

Purposeful Play Group

Parents are children’s first and most enduring teachers. You play an important role in providing a home environment that promotes your children’s development, communication skills and school readiness.

Purposeful Play for Parents and Children Aged 3 to 6 Years

The Purposeful Play programme seeks to help parents develop their child through play and common home activities. The programme introduces you to 10 evidence-based strategies that equips you with the knowledge and skills to:

  • Think about ways to create a warm and stimulating home environment for your child
  • Use everyday activities to develop language and problem-solving skills to enhance your child’s school readiness, as well as to bond and strengthen your relationship with your child.

It is a complimentary in-person programme facilitated by a certified Purposeful Play trainer. It consists of 5 group sessions of 1.5 hours each with your child. During each session, you would practice these evidence-based strategies with your child in an environment set up for free-play. You will also have opportunities to build supportive relationships with other parents!
