Our day care centres provide a full day programme for seniors who are suitable for centre-based care setting and require supervision while their caregivers are at work or need some time off.
Our safe and supportive environment gives caregivers peace of mind knowing that their loved ones are well-taken care of and meaningfully engaged with us during the day.
We provide two types of day-care services:
- Senior Day Care: A safe daytime care centre for seniors with social and recreational activities, meals and transportation (if required)
- Dementia Day Care: A daytime custodial care for seniors with dementia with a focus on slowing down the progression of dementia through nutrition, physical exercises, and brain-stimulating activities
Provide caregivers respite so that they can recharge and restore a sense of balance to their lives
Enable seniors to form social connections through social and recreational activities with peers
Provide mind-stimulating programmes that improve the functional abilities of our seniors
Way We Support

Supporting Care Needs
We support your loved ones basic care needs through:
- Provision of nutritious meals: We serve 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch and tea-break)
- Medication assistance: Our team also aids your loved ones in taking their medication, if required
- Personal care and assistance: We assist seniors with activities of daily living (ADLs) e.g. toileting, transferring, and mobility

Exercise and Rehabilitation Programmes
Seniors stay active through daily group exercises, dance and games that encourage movement and coordination.
We also create individualised care plans with suitable maintenance exercises for seniors to manage physical frailty.

Social and Recreational Activities
On top of physical activities, we also help keep seniors active through:
- Mind-stimulating games: Rummy-O, bingo, mahjong, crossword and jigsaw puzzles
- Art and crafts: Clay art and decoupage
- Intergenerational activities: Preschoolers and students are regularly invited to engage the seniors in celebrations and programmes
These regular socialisation with fellow seniors and volunteers can help prevent loneliness and keep their minds sharp.

Specialised Dementia Support
Our dementia day care services cater to seniors with mild to advanced dementia. Activities are customised to seniors’ abilities and designed to slow down the deterioration of physical and mental functions.
Activities include:
- Reminiscence therapy
- Group exercises
- Brain-stimulating games
- Art and music therapy
Our fixed daily schedule also creates a routine and structure that can give seniors a sense of security and familiarity.

Caregiver Support
We provide caregivers of persons living with dementia with a safe space to share their caregiving experiences and express their emotions without the fear of being judged.
Through our Caregiver Support groups and talks, we introduce caregivers to practical tips and resources on how to care for their loved ones better. Join our network of caregivers, and learn more about how we can support you through our Caregiver Support page!
