About the Activity

Care Corner INSIGHT focuses on youth mental health by providing assessment and intervention services, as well as outreach programmes. They help youths and young adults manage mental challenges, realise their full potential and equip them with the knowledge and skills for lifelong mental wellness.

As a Website Evaluator, you will be supporting INSIGHT as we improve our service delivery to clients and the users of their online platform. You will help to conduct surveys and curate questionnaires to carry out the survey. Collating these information will enable INSIGHT to better serve their users. Come join the team to help them make a difference!

Volunteers must be:

  • Age between 24-40 years old
  • Able to conduct or lead professional surveys (can be face to face or online)
  • Have some background in evaluation of websites
  • Able to speak and hold conversations comfortably
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Available for training on a separate day (Weekday night OR Saturday morning)
  • Available for a second interview (To be updated closer to the date)
  • Able to commit for at least 6 months for 2 hours a week (Weekdays, during office hours)

Volunteers Will Be Expected To:

  • Conduct surveys either face to face or online during office hours on weekdays
  • Work alongside Insight staff to gather information and evaluate the website
  • Set questions to help evaluate the use and effectiveness of the website
