CARE CORNER TRAINING ASSOCIATION

Care Corner Training Association(CCTA) was founded in 1998 to meet the growing demands for personal and professional developments in the helping industry.

CCTA aims to give every student the opportunity to develop their standing as professional practitioners or effective helpers by offering them high quality counselling education that meets the needs of the changing environment. With over 14 years of experience in delivering counselling courses, many of our participants have become valuable resources to their clients, employers and family after completing their education with us. The unique learning experience carves a journey of self-discovery for our participants while helping them to achieve a greater sense of fulfillment.

At CCTA, we are proud to have helped thousands of participants to pursue their interest in this area. By 2006, we have over 2500 graduates in our alumni.

Today, our team of lecturers consists of experienced social workers, counsellors and support staff who are effectively conversant in both English and Mandarin.

Objectives

To provide systematic, effective and bi-lingual human skills training (for adults and human service providers in the field of social work, counselling and human development)
To keep the cost of higher learning affordable
To provide opportunity for the general public to learn counselling skills as a form of personal growth
To enable our participants to become effective helpers and caregivers for the people around them
To create the awareness that counselling may be a complementary tool in their area of work
