Family Service Centres are neighborhood-based resource centres that offer a broad range of community services for the public.

Our core mission is to develop quality services that will strengthen the community and enrich the quality of family life in Singapore.

With a long history dating back to 1981, Care Corner opened its first family service centre in Toa Payoh in 1990. Four years later, Care Corner unveiled Queenstown FSC in 1994 followed closely by Woodlands FSC (1997), Admiralty FSC(2001) and Ulu Pandan FSC (2003).

All our centres offer a comprehensive range of services ranging from before-and-after school services, drop-in centres, family life education, outreach programmes, Information & Referral and professional counselling. However, every centre remains uniquely different. As a corporate body, all our centres offer a set of core and complimentary services that serves as an extensive safety net for vulnerable individuals or groups in our community.

Our community support programmes offered by each centre have been individually tailored to fit the immediate needs of the public. For example, New Rainbow for women whose spouse is involved in an extra-marital affair, Mums Voices for struggling single mothers and Guidance Programme for youth entangled with the law.

Today, Care Corner has 5 Family Service Centres located at Admiralty, Queenstown, Tampines, Toa Payoh, Woodlands.
