Senior/ Admin Assistant
(Care Corner Family Service Centre – Admiralty)
Responsibilities:
- Perform book-keeping, administer centre's petty cash, handle filing and faxes, etc
- Perform intake/registration of clients, ensure proper recording of client information is done
- Network with strategic business partners/external agencies
- Monitor centre's budget and cashflow
- Apply for course-related license and fund from relevant bodies e.g. MOE, NCSS, MCYS
- Provide secretarial support to the centre manager
- Provide assistance and logistic support to the counsellors/programme co-ordinators in the centre's programmes
- Assist in centre's administrative requirement
- Cover reception duties and follow-up with clients' enquiries
- Some IT knowledge in simple trouble-shooting will be advantageous
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English
- Able to multi-task
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a O levels.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Job role in Administrative Executive or Others.
