Senior/ Admin Assistant
(Care Corner Family Service Centre – Admiralty)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform book-keeping, administer centre's petty cash, handle filing and faxes, etc
  • Perform intake/registration of clients, ensure proper recording of client information is done
  • Network with strategic business partners/external agencies
  • Monitor centre's budget and cashflow
  • Apply for course-related license and fund from relevant bodies e.g. MOE, NCSS, MCYS
  • Provide secretarial support to the centre manager
  • Provide assistance and logistic support to the counsellors/programme co-ordinators in the centre's programmes
  • Assist in centre's administrative requirement
  • Cover reception duties and follow-up with clients' enquiries
  • Some IT knowledge in simple trouble-shooting will be advantageous
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English
  • Able to multi-task

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a O levels.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Job role in Administrative Executive or Others.
  • Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
